The following privacy policy describes the privacy process for
FixBot, services provided at your home or office, at FixBot stores,
call centers, and www.GOFIXBOT.COM. This privacy policy describes
how FixBot Technicians will collect and use your information.
All information provided to FixBot may be shared with FixBot parent
companies. When you provide a FixBot Agent with your personal
information, you consent to the information practices described
in this policy.
This privacy policy may not apply to web sites that are accessible
through the WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM. WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM may contain links
to other sites operated by third parties including, but not limited
to, third-party sites that display FixBot trademarks. We encourage
you to read the privacy policies of those other sites to learn
how they collect, use, share and secure your information.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to FixBot operations within
the United States.
To make reading through our privacy policy easier, we have detailed
questions and answers below that you may find helpful in understanding
our Privacy Policy:
WHAT INFORMATION DOES FIXBOT COLLECT FROM
ME?
We may collect personal information such as your name, mailing
address, phone number, email address, credit card number and other
billing information, depending on the type of transaction.
WHEN DOES FIXBOT COLLECT INFORMATION
FROM ME?
While interacting with the products or services available from
FixBot, you may be asked to provide personal information. For
example, you may be asked to provide personal information when
you call to schedule services at your home or office, bring
your equipment for service, purchase products, contact FixBot
by telephone with a question or inquiry, initiate a chat session,
participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey, and/or participate
in other activities with FixBot entities.
HOW IS MY INFORMATION USED?
FixBot uses the information you provide in order to fulfill
requests for services or information; provide customer services;
administer sweepstakes, promotions or surveys; offer new products
or services; improve the effectiveness of WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM,
marketing endeavors and offers; conduct research and analysis;
send marketing communications; or perform other business activities.
DOES FIXBOT SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
WITH OTHERS?
FixBot does not sell or rent your personal information to third
parties. FixBot may need to share your personal information
with certain third parties such as our service providers and
other representatives for limited purposes. For example, FixBot
may share personal information with third parties to perform
services such as sending FixBot marketing communications, servicing
products, conducting research, analysis or administering surveys,
sending regular mail and email on behalf of FixBot, processing
credit card payments, administering sweepstakes, providing call
center services, data storage and hosting services.
The third parties with whom FixBot conducts business are only
authorized to use your information to perform the service for
which they were hired. As part of the agreement with them, they
are required to take reasonable measures to ensure your personal
information is secure.
FixBot may also share your personal information with companies
who have referred you to FixBot for goods and services, or have
provided space in their store locations for FixBot to offer
its goods and services, or have allowed FixBot to have a presence
on their web sites.
From time to time, FixBot may be required to share personal
information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government
investigation, or as otherwise required by law. FixBot also
reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any
activities that FixBot, in good faith, believes to be unlawful.
FixBot may share certain personal information when FixBot believes
that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights,
property and safety of others and ourselves. FixBot may also
transfer personal information in the event of a corporate sale,
merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event.
DO I HAVE CHOICES REGARDING THE USE OF
MY INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES?
FixBot is an opt-out organization. Once FixBot receives your
information, FixBot may send you marketing communications that
contain valuable offers, promotions and other content. You always
have the ability to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications
from FixBot.
To change your status with respect to receiving marketing communications
from FixBot, you may
1) Follow the directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail
marketing communication from us. Marketing communications from
FixBot will tell you how to stop receiving them.
2) Call 1 888 835 3745, request to opt-out of marketing communications
and provide your current contact information.
3) Send an email with your current contact information to info@www.GoFixBot.Com.
4) Send a request with your current contact information to
FixBot, Unsubscribe, AddressXXXX.
If you send an email or letter request, please include your
full name, address, phone number and email address and indicate
specifically what type of marketing communication(s) (for example,
email, direct mail and / or phone) you wish to stop receiving.
This helps identify you correctly in FixBot systems so Technicians
can accurately process your request.
FixBot will take the appropriate steps to implement your request
to opt-out of receiving marketing communications. Please note
that due to production, mailing and system timelines, in order
to remove you from FixBot marketing lists, it may take up to
ten business days for emails, 30 calendar days for phone calls
and six weeks for direct mail.
Until the change takes effect, you may still receive marketing
communications from us.
Also, please note that even though you may have requested not
to receive future marketing communications, you may still receive
business-related communications such as appointment confirmation
calls, billing information or other organization-related communications.
In addition, opting out of FixBot marketing communications does
not impact your marketing preferences with the FixBot parent
company. You must contact the FixBot parent company directly
if you wish to stop receiving other marketing communications.

like to be added to our marketing list, please use the contact

HOW DO FIXBOT TECHNICIANS SECURE MY PERSONAL
INFORMATION?
SECURITY
Whether you are receiving services or purchasing products in
FixBot locations, using WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM, having services performed
at your location, or contacting the FixBot call center, FixBot
has security measures in place and take reasonable precautions
to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access
of your personal information under FixBot's abilities. This
includes personal information that you provide in order to complete
a purchase. FixBot cannot ensure or warrant the security of
any information you transmit by email, and you do so at your
own risk.
Please note: While FixBot is able to protect personal information
that is provided during the course of business, FixBot cannot
take responsibility for data loss on the products or systems
serviced. You will need to ensure your data has been removed
or backed-up in order to safeguard this information.
REMOTE ACCESS
FixBot offers remote access service to assist in diagnosing
and resolving system issues. This process allows a FixBot Agent
to remotely access your computer to determine the problem and
either repair it or provide advice on what options are available
to fix the issue. By taking advantage of this service, you are
giving permission to a FixBot Tech to log into your computer,
which may contain personal information. A FixBot Agent will
only search your computer to determine the cause of the problem
and will attempt to limit their interaction with your files
to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your
files, especially those containing personal information, are
secure to prevent any type of data loss or corruption.
DOES FIXBOT USE COOKIES OR OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
TO COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT ME?
A cookie is a small data file that a web site or email may send
to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive.
FixBot web sites and emails may use cookies to create a more
personalized user experience for visitors to our site. Cookies
simulate a continuous connection - they let FixBot remember
information about your preferences and session.
FixBot uses a third party to place cookies on your computer
to collect non-identifiable personal information. Although these
cookies may contain a unique user ID, they do not collect or
store any of your identifiable personal information.
The FixBot web server automatically collects clickstream information
such as the address, or URL of the web site that you came from
before visiting WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM, which pages you visit on WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM,
which browser you used to view WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM and any search
terms you may have entered on WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM, among other
things. WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM may also use other technologies to
track which pages of FixBot sites visitors view. This anonymous
clickstream data helps us understand how visitors use FixBot
sites and helps us continuously deliver a better customer experience
on our sites.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
FixBot wants your information and marketing preferences to be
accurate and complete. FixBot provide several different methods
for you to update your personal information. To update your

DOES FIXBOT COLLECT INFORMATION FROM
CHILDREN?
FixBot will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal
information online from any person under the age of 18.

WILL THIS PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE?
Because FixBot will continue to put in place new technologies
and develop the services and products provided, this policy
is subject to change. If there are changes or additions to this
privacy policy, we will post those changes on WWW.GOFIXBOT.COM.
If we change our information practices or this privacy policy
in a way that your personal information may be used or shared
in a different manner, FixBot will notify you and provide the
opportunity to opt-out of having your information used or shared
in that new manner.
