What is FixBot about?
FixBot's sole mission is to fix all computing/networking issues
for consumers and small businesses, while providing unparalleled
service! FixBot specializes in computer setups& security,
wireless networking, computer repair & upgrades, data backup
as well as other related services. FixBot offers 2 convenient
ways to get help; FixBot comes to your home or office, or through
remote Internet access. (Please note that not all services can
be performed through remote Internet access.)
Do you guarantee your service?
Service is what FixBot is all about! If you're not completely
satisfied with our service, please contact FixBot immediately
(1 888 835 3745, help@gofixbot.com). We guarantee our In-Home/Office
services for 30 days. Remote services are guaranteed for 5 days.
If there is a problem with any of our services, you must notify
FixBot within the above stated time period, we will work to
remedy your issue quickly and at no additional cost. For details,
please see the FixBot Terms of Service. FixBot's job is not
done until you are completely satisfied!
What forms of payment does FixBot accept?
We accept most major credit cards, check, cash, and FixBot Gift
Cards.
What should I bring when dropping off
my computer for service?
For laptop service, bring both your power cable and the system
discs that came with the computer. For service of a desktop
PC, bring your system discs.
What do I need to know before FixBot
visits my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the
entire time period that services are provided. FixBot must have:
full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced,
your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business,
a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.
What can I expect when a FixBot visits
my home or office?
FixBots are required to provide proper identification (FixBot
ID) at the time of arrival at your home or office. All FixBots
are highly trained to solve all of your computing issues. FixBot
will ascertain the information about your specific issue by
asking you a few simple questions. Once the issue has been fixed,
FixBot will provide you with a verbal and written report of
the actual issue as well as the steps taken to resolve the situation.
